If you are still in the process of looking for a venue ask about their policy for bringing in an outside AV vendor. If you have already found a venue that satisfies your event needs, check the contract to see if they allow you to bring in an AV vendor. Because there is no venue service fee associated with NHAV, you will be sure to save on your budget.
Are there any fees associated with your services.
NHAV does not impose any service charges or hotel related fees. You will need to read through the event contract with the venue to ascertain if there will be a fee for an outside audio visual vendor. Usually this is easily negotiated when booking the venue.
Do you offer video recording and webcasting services?
Yes, we do offer both high definition and 4k video recording and webcasting of your event. We can edit your workshops, keynote sessions or your entire event complete with powerpoint and keynote slide content. Also, if you are looking to create a promotional or corporate messaging video, we can assist with this as well.
Do you offer pipe and drape?
Yes we do offer pipe and drape along with lighting to help you add the finishing touches to your event.
